We will meet with you and your loved one to get acquainted with you and your home
layout. We will discuss with you the Nursing Care, Home Care and Personal Care that
are needed. After this consultation, we will custom design a Care Management Plan
that fits your loved one’s needs. This plan will be used to genuinely give care to him/her
just as if you are doing it yourself. This plan is flexible and can be changed if the need
