Personal Support Worker (PSW)
As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their homes. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. To qualify for this position, you must have a PSW certificate and a minimum of one year of experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
Registered Nurse (RN)
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing clinical care and support to our clients. This includes conducting assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications. To qualify for this position, you must have a current RN license and a minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical setting.
Care Coordinator
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client care and ensuring that all care plans are up to date and executed effectively. This includes coordinating with our PSWs and RNs to ensure that all client needs are met. To qualify for this position, you must have a degree in healthcare administration or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in care coordination.
